2. Purpose of the site
bmdecor.es is the online boutique of BM Decoración, selling premium paint and wall coverings from a selection of brands (including Benjamin Moore, Farrow & Ball and Little Greene) for delivery in Spain and Portugal or in-store pickup at our Marbella showroom. bmdecor.es is operated independently and is not affiliated with benjaminmoore.com.es nor with any shop directly run by the manufacturer.
3. Applicable law
Use of this site is governed by Spanish law and, in particular, the following statutes:
- Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) — information society services and electronic commerce.
- Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 — general consumer and user protection.
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) — data protection.
- General Tax Law and complementary tax regulations — invoicing and record retention.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
All content on this site — text, design, images, layout and source code — is the property of BM Decoración or is used under licence from the respective rights holders (brand identity of Benjamin Moore, Farrow & Ball and Little Greene). Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited. Colour names and collection titles are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
5. Liability
We apply reasonable diligence to ensure the accuracy and currency of the site's information, but do not warrant it is free from error. On-screen colour rendition is indicative only; we always recommend ordering a physical sample before committing to a full purchase. We accept no liability for damages arising from reliance on on-screen colour fidelity.

When bmdecor.es links to third-party sites (e.g. manufacturer data sheets, the AEPD or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform), it does so in good faith and for information purposes. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of those sites.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
Use of this site is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Málaga, Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules granting additional rights in your country of residence.
